A high level Asphalt roof to an apartment block had deterieated. There was ponding and water blow off which affected the penthouse balconies below. To comply with part L Building Regulations, a cut to falls insulation scheme and a liquid plastic gamma 20 system was used. There were many pipes to overcome and channels and trunking were constructed to allow access for maintenance at a later date. |
